I'm a student and I don't have access to the "Practitioner" tool in CEB. What do I do?

Answer

If the Practitioner option is missing for you in CEB, there are several possible issues:

  • The student has either not yet requested student access
  • The student has requested access and that request is still being processed
  • The student's access has expired

To set up a CEB student account, click HERE and follow the instructions for setting up an account.
